Background

Louis is a Savings Executive within the Sales team, supporting advisers in understanding why cash should form part of every client conversation. He joined the business in 2021, beginning on a placement year before returning as a graduate recruit, and has developed alongside the firm.

Working Role

His current focus is helping advisers recognise the role cash plays in delivering better outcomes for clients, particularly in more complex scenarios.

Expertise

Louis has strong experience working with trust clients and was involved in launching Cascade’s trust service, which addresses a key challenge for trustees — the difficulty of opening and managing accounts without specialist support. Louis brings insight, knowledge, dedication and care to every adviser relationship.

Outside of Work

Outside of work, Louis has raised significant money for North East charities, completing the Great North Run on several occasions. He graduated from Northumbria University in 2023 with a First‑Class BA (Hons) in Business with Economics.
