Theresa is a client support assistant with a number of years of career experience in credit control, sales ledger control and retail. At Cascade Theresa supports the team in making sure our customer service to our clients and customers is second to none. She ensures the administration, interest rate updating and correspondence is diligently undertaken in the part time role , which she does brilliantly alongside the role she holds at Fenwick Newcastle.
